I headed to Superdrug as I was in desperate need of a new brow product, as after Freedom had disappeared from the makeup world I couldn’t re purchase my favourite pomade so was on the search for something else. I headed over to the Revolution Pro counter to see if they had the Conceal and Define Concealer in my shade, as it’s been sold out in every other store and thankfully they did. That was when I spotted the Brow Pomade which I popped into my basket to try along with a few other items.
My friend Emily recommended the Brow Tint to me as she knows I love having my eyebrows done and she had purchased this herself and was so amazed by the results. I have already used this once to test it out and oh my, it has changed my eyebrow game and I can’t wait to review this product so you can see how great it is. For only £5 it was such a steal!
The ever surrounding hype of this concealer since the day of it’s release had got me intrigued to try it, as well as so many others which is why it has took me so long to test it out. I have been to so many different Revolution counters in order to purchase this but every time my shade has been sold out. So when I finally found it in Oxford Street, I jumped for joy with relief and it went straight into my basket. I have been using it everyday for the past week and so far I am loving it. The applicator is great, the formula is so creamy and brightening, and it’s lasting power is so good. Let’s hope it lives up to expectations.
I also was running out of setting spray, so I decided to purchase this one from Revolution to see if it worked as well as my all time faves. I loved the fact it was oil controlling which is what drew me in in the first place, as I suffer from an oily t-zone so I need my makeup to last in this area. So far, I am not to sure how I feel about this, I feel as though I have to really spray this product to feel as though it’s actually setting my makeup in place and as for lasting power I don’t know whether I am seeing a difference. I will be sure to test this out over the next couple of weeks and write a full review once I know whether I liked this fixing spray or whether it was a waste of money.
I was so sad when I saw that Freedom was no longer selling my trustee Brow Pomade, but when I saw this one from Revolution Pro that was practically the exact same my faith was restored. It is a perfect colour match for me, has a creamy formula that applies so easily and doesn’t look to harsh. I have been loving it and I am sure this will become a favourite brow product for me.
As I spent over a certain amount of money in Superdrug, I received this free gift which will be perfect for in the Summer on holiday or at a festival. I can’t wait to try this out!
