My Top 3 Nude Lipsticks

I love a good nude lipstick as it’s perfect for everyday and completes any makeup look. If I am ever stuck on what lip look to go for, 80% of the time I will opt for a trusty nude lip. I have 3 different nude lipsticks which I tend to reach for every time and here is why!

MAC Velvet Teddy

Velvet Teddy has to be my favourite ever nude lipstick, as it’s such a gorgeous shade and the formula is amazing. It’s a matte formula which isn’t too drying but lasts all day, without really having to touch up that much. It complements my skin tone so well, and enhances my natural lips perfectly. If I am ever wanting to wear a nude lipstick, this is my go to every time!

Kylie Jenner Dolce K

Dolce K is a brownish toned nude which looks amazing on. The formula is insane, as it’s so creamy on the lips and doesn’t budge even when eating and drinking all day. I find that I don’t even have to re-apply it on the outer corners just the inner part of my lips, as the pigmentation and lasting power is so great. As it’s a liquid lipstick it’s very matte yet doesn’t bleed or dry your lips out. I love it!

MAC Twig

As you may know if you have read my blog for some time now, Twig is my favourite ever MAC lipstick. It’s a beaut shade, which looks great on me and complements my skin tone so well without drowning me out. It’s a muted brownish pink in a satin formula, which applies so creamy onto the lips. It’s so pigmented and looks really bright when applied onto the lips. It isn’t as lasting as the other 2 lipsticks, yet still stands well on the lips when eating or drink and also doesn’t dry them out.

What are your favourite nude lipsticks?
