I’ve really been into beauty this year more than ever and fortunately I have had the chance to try out so many different makeup and skincare brands that I had never tried before. I have grown to love so many new products, so what better way than to share them with you than in a favourites post.
MAC Twig– This lipstick has become my favourite MAC lipstick shade of all time and a staple piece in my makeup collection in 2016. I have loved it! I have worn it to death throughout the year, so I received a new one for Christmas to replace this beloved lipstick.
Urban Decay Setting Spray– It is the perfect product to keep your makeup in tact for the whole day, I can always guarantee it will save my makeup from leaving my face. I have been using this every day since I received it in July for my birthday, and I always use it after applying my makeup. I only have a tiny bit left, so thankfully I received another bottle for Christmas for when I run out.
MAC Studio Fix- This foundation is my go to full coverage foundation of all time and happens to be the first ever high end foundation I tried. I instantly fell in love with foundation when I first bought it around 2 years ago and I have never gone back since. In 2016 I have especially loved it and I have wore it for many party’s and special occasions, as I wanted to wear a foundation I knew would last the whole night, which it certainly does.
Bare Minerals Skin Longevity-I received this product in a giveaway in 2016 from the lovely people at Little Miracles back in August. It has worked wonders on my skin and left it looking and feeling so much more healthier and refreshed. It’s saved my skin from drying up or breaking out and it’s definitely worth every penny, I love it!
Olay Beauty Fluid Moisturiser-I have really been into skincare in 2016 and tried so many different moisturisers, however I would certainly say that this moisturiser as well as the Liz Earle Skin Repair, which I unfortunately don’t have any left, have been my favourite ones from 2o16. It’s not too heavy on the skin, but works so well in getting rid of any dryness and keeping my skin hydrated. For less than £5 you can’t go wrong!
Marc Jacobs Decadence- I received this for Christmas in 2015 and then again for my birthday last year as I loved it that much. I have obsessed over this perfume in 2016 and wore it countless times over the year. It’s definitely more of a luxury scent, perfect for special occasions due it’s sensual woody scent. I love it!
