I kindly received this concealer from my boyfriend Ben for Christmas, as you may have seen in my What I Got For Christmas 2016 post. I had been wanting to try out this concealer for a very long time and when we went to Leeds together I got colour matched so he ended up buying it for me, and I have been loving it ever since!
The shade I am is the lightest one which is the shade Chantilly. I preferred this shade when I got tested as it brightens underneath my eyes so much better, covering my under eye circles so well. I have such bad under eye circles and I have found this concealer to be the perfect and my most favourite concealer in getting rid of my tired eyes with ease. It is very similar to the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer, however it is definitely much more full coverage and brightening under the eyes, which is apparent due to the price different between the two. Another thing I love about this product is the consistency, it’s so creamy and easily blend able. I have been using either my Bare Minerals concealer brush or my Real Techniques Beauty Blender to blend it out under my eyes which instantly works straight away without leaving any lines or creasing.
I really love the packaging of this concealer as it’s so simple yet elegant. My favourite thing is the fact it has a wand applicator, I much prefer concealers that have a wand applicator rather than a sponge or squeezee tube as I find it comes out so much easier. This way I can either apply it straight onto my skin from the wand or onto a concealer brush to then apply to my face.
This product retails for £22.50 and can be found online and many stores such as Debenhams, Harvey Nichols and House of Fraser. I will totally be repurchasing this concealer again when I run out and I would highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from dark under eye circles like me.
Have you tried this concealer, if so what are your thoughts?
