Welcome to Blogmas Day 3!
2016 is coming to an end which means another month is done and December is here, I just can’t get over how fast this month has gone! Another highlights of the month is here and this time it’s November. So, here’s what I got up to in November.
On the 5th of November I went to a firework display with my mam, my sisters and my boyfriend. Before we went we decided to buy some sparklers to use in the garden. Me and Ben took a couple of photos of us messing about with them, as you can see below. It took us forever to get my name perfect but I was pleased with the end result. It was absolutely freezing at the display and I couldn’t feel my feet for the majority of the time. The display lasted for around 20-30 minutes and they had rides, burger vans and hot drink stalls to enjoy before it began. The display was so good!
On the 21st of November I went to see The Courteeners at the O2 Academy in Newcastle. I wore this white t-shirt from my friend’s clothing line We Are The Young which says “Good Vibes Only”, with a leather skirt and blue Adidas gazelles. Before the concert me and Ben decided to go and have a Nandos for our tea as we were so hungry. I ordered a double chicken burger with a portion of chips and Ben went for the butterfly chicken with a double portion of peri peri chips. When we were finished our meals we headed to the 02 Academy ready for the concert to start. The Courteeners were amazing as usual and it was such a great night! I couldn’t believe how close to the front we ended up being.
On the 27th of November I went to see Jack and the Beanstalk with my grandma, granddad, sisters, Ben and some family friends at the Gala in Durham. The panto was so funny and the actors all put on such a good show.
On the 30th of November I went to London for the day by myself for a University interview/audition. It was such a nerve wracking experience but I am so glad to say I have done it. I managed to get on 2 trains and 2 tubes to get to the University without getting lost and being late so that was definitely a major achievement. It was an exciting day and hopefully all my hard work will pay off, fingers crossed!
